Welcome. I’m Ben Forde.

If you’re in your late 40s, you already know this:

Life doesn’t move in a straight line.

  • There’s redundancy

  • Divorce or separation

  • Businesses that fail

  • Careers that stall

  • Confidence that erodes

  • Bodies that soften

  • Energy that fades

  • Dreams that quietly disappear

From the outside, it can look like you’ve “made it.”

Inside, something isn’t working.

You feel flat.

Lost.

Disconnected.

Your health is slipping.

Sex is average, distant, or gone.

You numb yourself more than you’d like to admit.

And at some point, usually late at night, the question shows up:

Is this it?

I know that place well.

I’ve been through the highs and lows of business.

I’ve lost things. Rebuilt. Lost again. Rebuilt.

I’ve used vices to avoid hard truths.

I’ve felt that numb, drifting feeling… even while “doing fine.”

Here’s what I don’t believe:

That someone else has the answer.

That there’s a blueprint for how a man should live.

That copying another man’s life will fix yours.

Here’s what I do believe:

When things stop working, you don’t need motivation.

You need better questions.

You need experiments.

Small tests.

Real-world feedback.

Measure what changes.

Keep what works.

Drop what doesn’t.

That’s how I’ve built my health.

That’s how I stay in exceptional shape.

That’s how my sex life radically changed… by studying female pleasure deeply, not guessing or performing.

And that’s how I continue to evolve without pretending I have it all figured out.

This site isn’t advice.

It’s not self-help.

And it’s definitely not “be more alpha.”

It’s a record of what I’m testing when life stops working. Physically, mentally, sexually.

Take what’s useful.

Run tests.

Ignore the rest.

But don’t drift.
